What
do I need to do to book you?

Is
there a deposit and how much?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve the date for your function.
The amount depends on the package that you choose.
When
is the full payment due?
Payment is due on or before the event. Late payments will be assessed
a $20 fee.
Can
I pay by credit card?
Yes you can. I can send you an invoice and you can pay it through
paypal.
What
kind of equipment do you use?
We use one of the best sounding equipment in the state. Our lighting
is dmx controlled to give you a synchronized light show. For our larger
events of 300 or more. We utilize our Dynacord Cobra system. We are
the only company that carries this elite system in Hawaii. All of
our equipment was purchased in 2008 so the risk of failure is low.
We also carry back up equipment should they ever fail
How
far in advance should I book you?
You can book me anytime as long as I am available that day. But keep
in mind that the dates are first come first serve so if someone should
book that date before you, you are out of luck. The date will not
be reserved until I receive payment for deposit.
Should
we meet with you in advance?
That depends on the type of event we are doing for you. I'd strongly
suggest we meet if we are doing a wedding. We would like to get to
know you prior to your event. That will give us a taste of what kind
of music you are into. We would also like to go over the details with
you if we meet. The goal is for a smooth and trouble free event. Having
meetings will do that.
Do
you supply a wireless(cordless) microphone?
Yes, we do supply a high quality wireless microphone.
Do
you accept playlists?
Yes we do. But keep in mind that your personal taste may be different
from your friend and families. To keep a good party going, everyone
needs to be happy. Although we will try and play music that you enjoy.
Our goal is to play play music that your guests will enjoy listening
to and dancing to – while respecting your musical tastes.
I
am on a tight budget. Is there anything you can do to help me?
Yes we sure can. We are a small business and if you help us, we can
help you. There are several ways to bring your cost down.
Marketing-One way a business grows is by their marketing avenues.
If you can help us get into a magazine, brochure, newsletter, internet
website, etc., we can reduce our cost in trade.
Referrals-We
have a referral program. If you refer clients to us, we will give
you a $50 coupon that you can use towards your package when hiring
us. You will receive the coupon when the client you referred to us
signs a contract and pays their deposit.
Hire
our other services-We also own a well established photography company.
If you hire our photography company, we can work a package out to

Our
mobile dj company is funded and managed through our parent corporation.
Which is why we are flexible in ways we can save you money. We don't
have quotas to meet or budgets to worry about. We are here to help
you in any way.
